Take Down Process
Upon receipt of a valid Notice, we will take appropriate steps to remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material. We will notify the user who posted the material of the removal and the DMCA. We will also terminate the repeat infringer's access to the Site if they are found to be a repeat offender.
Counter-Notice
If you believe that your material has been removed or access to it has been disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification ("Counter-Notice") to the designated agent. The Counter-Notice must include the following information:
- An electronic or physical signature of the user who posted the material.
- A description of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled.
- A location on the Site where the material was located before it was taken down.

- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal Court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if your address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which the Site is located, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the Notice of copyright infringement.
Counter-Notice Take Down
If a Counter-Notice is received, we will send a copy of the Counter-Notice to the party who submitted the original Notice. We may then replace the removed material or restore access to it within 10-14 business days, unless the party filing the original Notice files an action seeking a court order to keep the material removed.
Repeat Offenders
We reserve the right to terminate the access to and use of the Site by any user who we believe is a repeat infringer.
